We recommend loading images 300 DPI or better for best quality.  PNG format images are recommended.

Our spinners are factory tested and carry CE certificates to ensure quality.  We are proud to use top of the line material for our products so your spinners look beautiful and stay spinning for years to come.  

We have 4 warehouse distributors: Hong Kong, United States, Singapore, Netherlands.  Your order will be shipped based on proximity to nearest distribution center.  

Most orders ship within 3 business days.  Rush production is available - contact us immediately if this is a concern.  

Most orders arrive within 10 business days but can take longer depending on various factors including national holidays, proximity to shipment facility, and customs of your country.

We offer express DHL shipping free for orders over $250 and optional for any other order for $30.  This will guarantee the delivery of your package within 3 business days.  

Yes, every order receives a unique tracking number to follow your order.

We hold the user liable for any image they upload to our website.  By uploading your image you are stating you have legal rights to use the image.  

We accept returns and a full refund within 30 days of receiving your item.  All items must be returned to our inventory address.  Return shipping fees incurred by the buyer.
